Services
Individual Counselling
Life throws challenges at us that have an emotional and practical toll, often leaving us feeling depressed, stressed and/or anxious. In individual counselling, we’ll collaborate to create a space where you feel empowered to tackle concerns relating to relationships, trauma, life transitions, academics, identity, grief and more.
Together, we’ll find ways we can understand and navigate concerns that affect teens and emerging adults uniquely. Some common concerns include:
Family Conflict
Academic and/or Career Stress
Anxiety, Excessive Worry or Panic
Sadness, Depression or Low Mood
Relationship issues
Self-Esteem and Body Image
Difficulty Focusing and Inattention
Group Counselling
Group therapy is a great option for those looking to create connections, learn ways of understanding their concerns, and collaboratively problem solve ways of helping themselves. Groups have the added benefit of creating connection between participants and alleviating feelings of isolation and loneliness.
Group will combine psycho-educational material with time for discussion and process. Participants can expect a caring, accepting environment to connect with peers over shared experiences and learn tools to manage their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Groups can include tools from various therapeutic frameworks, such as:
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Acceptance Commitment Therapy
About me
From managing academics and relationships, to large lifestyle changes and planning your career, being a young adult is full of challenges. As I navigated these challenges, I found myself often feeling as though I wasn’t “as good” as those around me; one friend got a high-paying job, the other got married, and although I was happy for them, I also felt like I could never catch up. These feelings are what started my own wellbeing journey and led me to peer supporting and psychotherapy as a career choice.

I offer free 20-minute consultation calls, where we can learn more about each other and see if we’d be a good fit for working together.
